International Women’s Day 2022
Hold on to my belief in you until it matches your belief in yourself.

I heard this statement at a training. I knew it would be my post for #InternationalWomensDay
That training was followed by a fascinating conversation about the reason to #CreateALifeThatYouLove
To summarize succinctly:
Living a life that is not aligned with your purpose, your goals, your dreams — drains you of precious time and energy. It does the same to the company you work for as well. You can apply this idea to your career, your life, your business, your relationships.
I have seen what happens when there is high vibration, high intention, clear purpose, and alignment. It’s magical, and I’m grateful that I get to experience it through the five senses and beyond. I live for it. I want nothing less.
Here’s what I know:
You have a purpose, there is something that only you can do. No one before you could, and no one after you can fulfill it.
We all have been taught limiting beliefs: who we are, what’s appropriate, how to think, what to feel.
Consider the beliefs, ideals, and labels that you’ve accepted as your identity. The ways in which you shame, blame, judge, guilt yourself and live in fear.
People are burning out living this way. Particularly women, who hold and are held to exacting standards. Women have been controlled throughout history: thoughts, behavior, education, marriage, career, property, income.
No more. Know you are powerful amazing capable creators. I stand for your divinity.
Consider that you stop yourself from having the most amazing experiences ever. That you tell yourself all the reasons you can’t rather than why you can.
I am grateful to dwell in a community of lightworkers and expansive thinkers. People who talk about what’s possible, who say yes to life and all it has to offer. People who journey into the dark spaces and illuminate and elucidate.
Let go. Love yourself. Forgive yourself. Show yourself compassion. Build courage and confidence. Dance like no one is watching. Answer the still, small voice that’s whispering to you.

Know that I know what it is to feel alone, different, with a purpose that I barely understand let alone can explain.
I walk in trust now. Knowing I have inner guidance, wisdom, intelligence, resilience and so much more. I am grateful to know that I am in union with perfection and what that awareness creates.
Know you are love, loved, loving, and live in an abundant universe. That abundance is your right. That prosperity flows through you. That you can create miracles. That you can have joy, and love, and purpose, and happiness, and peace, and so much more.
Believe in yourself. Hold on to my belief in you until it matches your belief in yourself. I love you.
